Circa 1775 splay legged tavern table, found on the N.Y.
Vermont border. In a fine state of preservation with the
original red wash under 200 years of patina. Tables like this were used in taverns and inns in the period. One
board pine top with a shrinkage crack and original bread
board ends. The base with fine turnings and bold splay
to the legs from the side. Great condition and the only
wear is to the buttons on the bottom which have worn
off after 200 years. 30.5” x 25” x 24” h, with a 6” splay
to the legs top to bottom. $2250
Circa 1800 New England Hepplewhite cherry Pembroke table with tapered legs. Wooden
pegged construction, original hinges and old if
not original finish, with a wonderful color and glow. 36” l x 28.5” h x 19”w. !0” leaves, 39” w
with the leaves up on their original supports.

Circa, 1800 Federal stand of tiger maple with a cherry
base. The top with cut and formed corners over a shaft
with well formed and complex turnings and arched
spider legs. Remains of old black, red and gold paint
on the undersides. Very nice warm finish. Found here
in Vermont. 27” h., the top 24” x 17”. $975
