Circa, 1800 clam rake signed by Forham. He was a very accomplished blacksmith who originated in Long Island, ending up in Rhode Island. Hand forged and pierced center, beautifully formed tines. Mounted on a period hat form and post. Base 7.5 d, fork 8” w x 6’ d, 26” h.   $375

Circa, 1830 Clock Jack which hangs in front of the fire from your mantle or crane and rotates back and forth for forty five minutes on a winding. It contains a spring driven clockworks and a trip mechanism that changes the direction. The rare cast iron rack rotates back and forth and meat or whatever you would like cook hangs from the hooks. Comes with a painted early wooden working decoy. 17” h x 6” -  30.5” h with decoy.  $485
