Circa 1885 Weathervane attributed to the W.A. Smith Co. of Boston a fine maker. Graceful form and with the best surface possible, the original gold leaf and a fine patina and verdigris.    33” x 27”x 2” Mounted on a rich Santos mahogany base.  $4850.   

Circa, 1875 Arrow weathervane, probably by a New England maker. Very high quality substantial construction with great presence and form to the point and feather. Cast iron point, the rest is copper with original gold leaf on the tail, fine aging with traces of old dry black paint. 36” x 18” x 2”.  $1950
